Please bid by cost of your consultancy & teaching for 50 hours (about 10 min to 2 Hours per day) I need a person who has knowledge of at least 4 most popular php CMS available in market like - Joomla, Drupal, wordpress, modx, magento, concrete 5, Expression Engine, Movable Type, typo3, etc.. He must have knowledge of the first 3 (i.e. Drupal, Joomla and Wordpress) and should be able to do a critical analysis and judgment of the best and most efficient and customizable php CMS available for creating a complex website like ebay or facebook or for a simple small business website, shopping cart website or a web application software/script and for SEO purpose. I tried to learn wordpress and spent lot of my time on it but later found that its not even a complete CMS but a advance blogging tool.
