Design a one page screen to show case the features and benefits as demo to
customers
2. Standard Registration Module
Use one registration form –Revised form will be provided
Save all Information into the Registration account database
3. Corporate Login Validation & Redirection/Microsite Registration
Validate username/password and then redirect the user to a specific URL upon validation based on the User’s account in the Corporate User Accounts database.
4. Auto Responder setup and configuration
Create setup and configure customized auto responder for each CD-Rom registration and account setups.
Auto-responder email messaging and pop-up window communications for all scenarios anticipated during Account Set-Up process
5. MySQL Databases Import
Create mySQL database to hold data collected from Account-Registration set-up pages
Create mySQL database to hold data from College database (import current College database)
Create mySQL database to hold data from Sales-text file (import current sales-text file)
6. Admin Panel
Create admin panel for the following information gathered from:
1- Account Registration forms,
2- Desk copy form,
3- Examination copy request form and
4- College DB
5- Sales Email Text File
7. Admin Panel Export functionality
Create an exportation functionality to be able to export entries in the custom admin panel. (in CVS or XLS file format).
8. Redirect existing html registration pages to new corporate registration pages
NOTE: Users will NOT logged in at the old-HTML site or micro site
9. Classroom Support page – Disable the login and registration boxes from anonymous user on TEP corporate site – it’s confusing to our users. We can make viewable once work is complete. Keep it viewable to admin users
10. Central database – we want to go ahead with using a central Drupal system and need your help to set-up our micro-sites properly: 2 micro sites exist now.
11. We want users to be able to use one login to access multiple sites – access profile will be stored in user profile – admin view/role has check boxes listing of sites they can access – permissions set access to certain micro-sites
