545373 Expert Wordpress Guru Needed PHP & CSS Job

I need this installed: [login to view URL] GD Star rating is installed but its not showing comment rating. UBERMENU is installed but you need to help me with CSS to make it look beautiful. [login to view URL] I also want "$" values to be highlighted in my wordpress titles. At the moment it is doing this, but it also highlights text that come after it. eg. $45.32AUD then AUD is highlighted. I don't want this. I have a newsletter plugin installed as well, but there is no checkbox for registered users to sign up to newsletter. I need this box in their account page. I also need help in wordpress accepting uploaded images. At the moment, when I upload image to change avatar, it is not accepting. I need to set user level for wordpress, so people who comment more get higher level. I also want to show top rated comments shown in front page. I need this fixed as well. after all this I need W3 Total Cache installed.
