Emulate the product selection menu at Gazelle.com

I need a wizard driven menu that allows a customer to select the item to sell to the client just like is done on Gazelle.com. At the end the seller needs to be able to setup and account and input their address and preferred method to receive payment. Current site is based on Wordpress with Headway Themes and woocommerece. Need to provide an hourly and whole project cost. This will be a prototype working system that needs to handle at least 30 orders a day. As soon as site goes live work will begin on developing a new more robust site to handle more traffic. This will be a second project. Will consider offsite work force, but pay will be much less. If you are a US Citizen and located in the US please bid and we understand your price will be higher as we will want to work in person meetings. (Higher range is only for local based person willing be onsite and who has experiences to do next phase of project. I am already utilizing outsourced labor so if you are overseas you will need to make a competitive bid.)
