Finish up a php calculating function

I have a web site tha tis almost done, but needs a couple of modifications. You can see the site at <[login to view URL]> THis is what I need done, and it must be done today, so please don't bid unless you can begin immediately. 1) [login to view URL] - Leave only one category. Comment out the rest and be sure there are no scripts validating the ones that are commented. 2) [login to view URL] - The number of zip fields with zip codes entered on [login to view URL] are reflected in the numberofzip field on register-subscriber.php. There must be at least one zip and zips cannot be duplicated 3) [login to view URL] - 3 month plan - calculates numberofzips * 10 (with a minimum of 5 zips. So if numberofzips <5, numberofzips=5. Then adds $49 setup and shows total 4) [login to view URL] - 6 month plan - calculates numberofzips (with a minimum of 5 zips.) * 10 * 5. Then adds $49 setup and shows total 5) [login to view URL] - 12 month plan - calculates numberofzips (with a minimum of 5 zips.) * 10 * 10. Then adds $49 setup and shows total 6) [login to view URL] - total are correctly calculated and passed to PayPal Affected files are attached for you to view.
