PHP spider and extractor

I need a website built that extracts keywords from a webpage, then takes those keywords and find content on the internet and publishes it to a webpage with a provided format. So, this PHP script will do the following in order: 1. Go to a static webpage once a day. This page never changes, always the same one. 2. Extract the keywords from this page. This format is also always the same. 3. Based off of this daily keyword list, it will pull articles from [login to view URL] keyword search. 4. Based off of keyword list, it will utilize a domain name registrar and check availability of these keywords as their own domain. Example: If the keyword is 'plantation farms' it would check availability of domain name: [login to view URL] -You can use my [login to view URL] 5. System will be in que until admin logs into control panel and check used check boxes to approve each keyword. 6. If approved, system will purchase domain, setup domain through cpanel, and post articles in provided format. -Domain can be purchased through emailing with this company [login to view URL] 7. If not approved, system will delete out keywords from system. This will occur daily. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
