Write some Software

I am looking for someone to write a script to take data from an Excel spreadsheet and populate a page in a given format on a .tel gTLD domain which is an XML file. I have attached a developers manual and the relevant link for further information is at [login to view URL] I would like a simple interface to use where I just enter the subdomain and then load the excel information into a box or another better method if you can come up with it. The Excel data columns are Name, Address, Phone number'but sometimes they will be Name, Address, Phone Number, Category if I am inputting business details rather than individuals. The address is to appear under the Name in the published website and .tel domains are operated through a special Telhosting Control Panel which requires a special Username and Password.
