Drag and drop wordpress theme

This is only for someone who has php/css and wordpress ninja skills. I want a custom theme to be built that will be further distributed to clients/buyers. It would need to be locked by license which would be provided when a user makes a purchase. Full documentation of how to use it must be provided showing how to create a new blog on sub-folder or sub-directory and how to use the theme. This documentation will be converted to a video tutorial by me. I will provide 2 or 3 existing themes that actually do what I need you could take these themes and take the code to match to what I need. it would be that simple Here is a Google documentation that shows roughly what I need but would need further discussion.
