Develop Vbulletin Auction Mod !

I am developing an auction site using Vbulletin however the auction systems currently available are not sufficient, I woudld like a Mod developed that would Mimmick the Auction system found on [login to view URL] , I will definetly also leave an additional bonus for this product if it can be finished quickly, listing should display: Listing Title, Seller, Date Created, Price, Date Ends , # of Comments, # of Views just like on sitepoint. The Vbulletin system already does alot of this on its own so the additions shouldn't be too tough to integrate in. I should be able to accept payments via paypal and also users should be able to insert attachments into there listings. users will also need seperate area's on the listing form, such as Reserve Price, BIN Price, Description, Traffic Description, Revenue Description, you can use sitepoint as your example. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
