SCSI multiple disk wiping

Looking for a disk wiping utility creating - any language, to run on PCs with Intel processors - specifically SCSI disks in Compaq Proliant hotswap caddies. We want to be able to run the software on a PC to mass wipe any disks loaded into 2/3 external storage cabinets and connected to the SCSI card. I don't care particularly what OS is easier, as I'll run a dedicated PC with the same cabinets/scsi cards always. Ideally I want to be able to connect up 2 compaq U2 storage array cabinets for the older type caddies, and 2 raid array 4100 or 4200 cabinets for the newer style caddies, and wipe every disk loaded in any cabinet. We do not want the application to wipe any local drive though. There must be some user interface showing the status of all the drives to know 100% which have been wiped, and which could still contain data too. The data wiping needs to be non-recoverable, with different algorithms to Use the following wipe methods - if a single method has to be accepted, the Current US National Security Agency (NSA) Standard only may be acceptable. In essence, we need secure wiping for disks without spending hours in front of them! We require a compiled executable, and source code, with the rights to sell the application if required. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
