Logger Example Code

I need example code in VB.NET and in C# for the attached Logging library in Visual Studio 2005. This example code will go into a help file that end users will copy and paste into their projects. The coder will give good examples for all public properties & methods of the Log Class in the Logging namespace. The code will be well commented and have descriptive variable names where applicable. The coder will make seperate test methods for each property and method so that the example code can be easily extracted. The example code should be able to be run from a main method to test that it actually works. The coder will have two projects, one in VB.NET and one in C#. The methods will be named with the property/method name of the logger plus the word help. Example: IsDebugLevelEnabledHelp. There is a demo form as part of the solution, code may be used from that. There is a draft help file in the attached file as well. In addition to the bid price, the winning bidder will receive a coupon code for a free 4 pack license of the product (retailing for $349.95) when the product is released in August. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
