Windows Service to monitor SQL Server 2000 database

Sports based website have SQL Server 2000 as there backend database. In the last few weeks there site has crashed as there database server has run out of disk space. This has largely been caused by there transaction log growing expedentially and not shrinking automatically when a full back up has occurred. They need a Windows service that will monitor disk space on 3 or more drives and also monitor the size of the data and transaction files for 2 or more databases. If free disk space falls below a pre set mark, it needs to alter certain users via email. If it falls to critical levels, it needs to shrink the transaction log and delete backup files. All setting need to be alterable by the user without changing the code. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
