My forum presently allows new members to post without approval. What I'm looking for, if it is possible, is to install an option that would restrict new members from posting new threads on the forum unless they reach a minimum of 10 replies on current threads. This would reduce the spams and malicious threads that require manual deletion. Can this be done either through an admin approval or automatically?
