Adding filter to a few pages of a website developed using php + SQL

I would like to add a filter to my website ([login to view URL]). It is already added to the home page and book page (the combobox with the default value of "Show all books") as well as to the administrator panel (to check the books that need to be filtered), but i like to add it to the page "Rate a book", "Books I'v rated" and "Books I've nominated" which are activated once the user is logged in. The counter in each page should show the correct number corresponding to the number of filtered book. The deadline is critical for me and is basically delivering it in one day and i think it is doable given the work is almost done. There won't be any milestone as i will pay the full amount once the work is done on the schedule.
