Addon feature, PHP work! + integrate design.

Hello, Im using the script bought at : [login to view URL] My current site is : [login to view URL] I have some design that needed to be integrated to all the files inside the tamplates folder. This system use smarty php. I'd love to have a feature added on to my system. Crediting offers instantly.. it has been done with postback but my affilate website doesnt support postbacks... they support SOAP API . so having at SOAP API would be great! if not, it can be done via just login to my Affilate account and downloading the CSV file from there and upload to the script I already have. [ they have this option .] so either the two will work. ONLY BID if you can do this work quite fast I need this done ASAP. and you SURE you know how to work with PHP & Smarty etc... I dont want any problems. Thanks!
