Build a new website with shopping cart

My client wants to change his brand and redesign his website in the process. Attached is a detail sheet with the website specifications as best as I could detail them. Please ask questions BEFORE bidding as I will choose the best bid.. not necessarily the first ones. Also, make sure your bid is accurate to the project as overruns will only be accepted if the client requests additions. If your price exceeds my stated budget please bid anyway.
