complete design change and update to existing website - repost

We currently have a good website purpose built established for over 5 years. the website had good SEO status and had visitors globally. The website is part of a well known brand who supply commercial business to business hardware. There are numerous pages on the site but all working on the same underlaying design. the website had been built over time and has some good admin features such as: product customisation page download section contact us forms dealer finder section CMS for news, the website also has some static pages. our objective is to have a complete design change to compete with current times. we are looking for very CRISP, clean, HD style website design which will instantly appeal to our business customers.
