Create and finalize website with clipbucket.

Create and install http server on ubuntu to work with clipbucket and forum. Create and finalize website. Website should be like youtube, with frontpage with selected videos, categories and 5 star ratings like old youtube style. Anyone visiting the site should be able to watch videos, and published material, but administrator group decides who can establish new accounts and upload new material. Perhaps anyone can sign up for new account in order to make playlist and send PMs, but only some selected few can upload. Frontpage should consist of tabs that include following: Frontpage, videos, pictures, articles, music, books, forum, other. Forum tab must lead to a forumpart of the site obviously. Media should be made available by publishing it by those selected to be in a administrator group. Media is fetched from the media disc, but uploads and streaming should also be possible. Published material will be given tags, wich should bring up suggested alternative media material in a sidebar with suggested videos, music, books. Upon finishing the project, a small PDF report should be made, that explains very clearly what has been installed and why. Also how to get started and how to proceed with publishing and make simple changes ourselves. Willing to pay for extra support after handover if needed. payment when project is complete and working.
