Facebook Login and (Chat Full integration)

Hello, I am looking for someone that is going to be able to do the following to my site.. -Integrate facebook login, (where the user can log in to [login to view URL] with their own facebook account and this must give the user the same access as they would have if they created their own accoutn on the site the normal way) -Integrate Facebook chat on the right hand side of the [login to view URL] the users facebook friends will be shown in their chat bar on [login to view URL] -Then I want the user to be able to view any post on the site and a new feature needs to be added to the post where they will be able to add the other user that created the post as a facebook friend and engage in a live chat. (Even better would be, if that user was online without having to add them as a friend just able to engage in a live chat even though they werent your friend.) My current site runs on Yii Framework. I know all this is possible and am looking for a good developer with Facebook Developer experience. Please see these links on how to do it. PLEASE DO NOT BID for a chat that looks like facebook, it has to be the actual facebook chat incorporated into the site, like when you log into [login to view URL] with your facebook login...
