FML Type Site W/ New Theme

I am looking to find someone who is experienced in FML type scripts. I would like a script that is almost identical to FML, but with a different theme. I would like it to look as professional as FML or textsfromlastnight.com. Rather than just text, I would also like to be able to upload videos and picture files as well. These posting will be posted by anyone and can only be reviewed and edited by me, the admin. However, there must be a voting type system so that the most popular are on the front page. I would like there to be some sort of opt-in or sign-in for readers. There will also be many different categories of stories. This site must be SEO friendly because I am not planning on doing paid ads for this site. Possibly an e-commerce addition in the future, as I may be selling products as well. Please only programmers with relevant experience and expertise should apply. I am trying to get this off the ground as soon possible, and I plan on keeping it as low budget as possible. It must be very easy for non-computer savvy users. And I will need a clean and easy website design as well as a great logo. I can PM a sample site, with a basic idea of what I want.
