I need a web site for my newly established company. It will be a basic web site with Home, contact, portfolio, Request a quote, testimonials page. I am very well versed in Search Engine Optimization therefore i expect from you a quality web 2.0 design. The page size should be very less so it should load with in seconds on dialups as well. WHAT YOU SHOULD FOLLOW: ======================= 1. Excellent placement of Content on all pages for search engine optimization 2. Site must use heading tags (H1..H6) and they must be placed in good positions on the page for search engine bots 3. Site must use ALT tags in images. I will fill the ALT text later myself 4. Site must use title/alt tags in href. again i will fill the content. 5. Use bullets for content 6. Use DIVS instead of tables 7. HTML, CSS, Javascript etc must be validated from w3c validators Constraints: ============ 1. It will be good if the site is designed using Smarty Templates 2. This is begining, so you must put the files in appropriate folders as i will be asking you for CMS work on the site once this is done. Pages to include: ================= 1. Home Page 2. Request a quote - FORM (I will do the programming myself) 3. Portfolio - Short description about the past projects. each project will have a thumbnail, Title, description and URL. 4. About us - Text content with a nice picture just to fill the page. use your idea/creativity for this. 5. Sitemap Budget: less than 100.00 US$ ALL PSD, HTML/xHTML, CSS, JS etc files must be delivered on completion.
