Freelance developers & designers - advanced WordPress build

We are a new startup, and have just received seed investment to build our baby. We are now looking to build a team of talented web designers and developers. We have a clear and detailed breakdown of our required features, in addition to a video mockup of our vision. We're looking for freelancers that we can build long term relationships with. Our project - Community-based crowd-sourcing site. - Social media integration (think Pinterest) + allowing our registration button to be pre-populated with people's LinkedIn or Facebook profiles - Reward/points system - User profiles - Discussion board with some advanced functionalities - Clean and fun, web 2.0 design Our requirements - Landing / placeholder page with viral sign up functionality (e.g. LaunchEffect) - Full site build in WordPress - A/B testing of features and constant iteration driven by user analytics - Creative input for brain storming on how we can improve our user experience. We have loads of ideas - we want to hear yours too. - Mobile-friendly with aim to have mobile apps for Q4 2012 - Fully documented work - Milestone-based project with anticipated overall completion time of 4 weeks Required skills - WordPress - HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript, PHP - Knowledge of mobile/tablet browser compatibilities - Excellent experience in integrating a discussion board into WordPress that can handle advanced functionalities (liking threads, sorting by likes etc) - Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn APIs for social network integration - Experience of SEO / SEM Please supply the following 1.
