fully automated website hosting website

I have a hosting account with unlimited data, websites, ftp, and databases with hostgator. i want to make a site for people to buy hosting from me and it will all be done automatically. i have a few website templates i can send you i just want the script make and working so a person can select a package and it automatically bills them each month or year, also sets their account up. and emails them the login info. also the payment system will be from paymentwall as they can do a postback and accept payments from all over the world.
