I am looking for someone to clone http://tradeloop.com. There is a bacend that allows members to send broadcasts and personal messages. I can provide login details to gain access to the backend. This would be a subscription based site with different levels of memberships. I would also like to allow premier/featured members to list their site on the main page for an additional fee. I would like to list the last 10 broadcasts on the main page. Also there will be 2 different levels of broadcasts. a free and a paid broadcast email, the paid would take precidence over the free. and based on your level of membership you would get so many free premium broadcasts with the option of purchasing more. and the members that are on the bottom level of the membership tier would get 0 premium broadcasts but would be given the option of purchasing them. Each member would be given a control panel with access to their information and email settings. The members would also be able to post their products in a directory of their products. They would also have the opportunity to import their inventory list from an excel spreadsheet. I need an admin control panel to control memebers and other aspects of the site. The control panel would have control over members. The editting or deletion of broadcast emails, information on billing and otehr aspects. I would need to be able to control product categories. I would like a nice clean design centered on the page I would like to have this integrate with paypal, and possibly 2checkout and or [login to view URL] to keep track of the billing and auto suspend members who are not current on their billing. THere are other things I would possibly like but cant think of right off hand. I would also like the coder who creates this to be available after the implementation to assist in the future on implementing new ideas into the site. Those I would pay for on an as needed basis.
