Information and link portal by CMS

A customer of ours needs to create an information and link portal for everything involving telecommunication services and social networking for end users. The domain will be www.CALL.de. The architecture should be similar to [login to view URL] or www.teltarif.de. The following topics should be included: Landline, Mobile, VoIP, Calling Card, PrePaid Card and related. Other features should include topics such as user opinions, price rate comparisons, premium rate numbers, vanity numbers and call back services. Due to the nature of this site, it is also important that a broad range of visitors be reached for a maximum conversion. Carefully selected keywords and search engine optimization is a must. We have in-house translators for German and English and will therefore supply you with the text contents. Due to lack of time, our customer has no ideas right now. It is imperative that you work closely with us to reach short term goals as quickly as possible, but with the least amount of costs. The design and concept should be catchy and modern but not flashy. Some banners will be integrated as soon as the site has been published. Any suggestions and ideas for Affiliates are most welcome. The web portal has to be created with a good, flexible and easy to use open source CMS like Joomla 1.5 or Drupal or PostNuke etc. so the client can edit the contents easily by himself. SEO, a good newsletter integration, blogging abilities, forum and guestbook is also a must. The job consists of the following: - Proposals of above-mentioned. - Complete development of the website / web portal. - Logodesign and webdesign. (Please not too many images – important) - SEO and internet marketing (could be separated into a new project). - Continuing long-term work on the web portal (could be separated into a new project).
