Magneto CE Website like Harvey Nichols - repost

I require a Magento website so please only bid if you can build using this CMS. This is a white label project for a web design agency so you will not have direct contact with the client - all work will be done via the agency. The website will be loosely based on the design of [login to view URL] with similar features. There is a requirement to have different products for different groups of visitors. So B2C visitors that come to the website will see standard products and prices. If they login and are a member of a specific B2B group then they will get a subset of the products together with some unique B2B items. The prices will also be different and may need to be displayed without VAT added, whilst B2C prices will always be shown with VAT included. Some products can be personalised with a name. So visitors will be able to request the name they want to have added to the product on the product detail page. Each product size and colour will have it's own unique SKU. The correct SKU needs to be added to the basket. Stock levels will also be monitored on the site and a rough indication of stock level should be displayed rather than the actual quantity ie Stock level 'high' or 'low' per product, per size. There will be multiple pictures per product with a zoom feature as per Harvey Nichols. Products may be organised by product type, then within that visitors should be able to select a colour and size (and add a name to personalise it if the product is suitable for this service). The pictures should change to reflect the colour selected. They want related products and recently viewed products to help cross-sell. The check-out procedure needs to be quick and easy and well integrated with their Secure Trading payment gateway. Ideally payment processing should appear to be done without leaving the site. Unlike Harvey Nichols an advanced product filter on a category by category basis is required. So while viewing a specific type of product the visitor can filter the results by attributes such as manufacturer, size, colour, and features. The site requires SEO friendly URL's and the ability to control the content to make it as SEO efficient as possible. There will also be a blog where articles will be written and comments left by visitors. The site is aimed at UK visitors and as such all prices will be in GBP and needs to comply with UK taxes ie VAT at 20%. You will also help with the installation of the website on hosting of our choosing to ensure the website works properly.
