Need simple Twitter oauth and facebook script

I need a simple script all i want it to do is when a user signs in with twitter it follows my account and post a message. And if they sign in with facebook it updates there status and like a page if thats possible. On the homepage there should be two buttons that one for twitter and the other for facebook. After they sign in the script should like i said update there status and like or follow me then redirect to a page i should be able to specify. I have this done already for twitter but want it recoded because its really large and confusing.
