Hello. Looking for a web developer who can take a look into my site's back end. Our site is indexing on Google, then disappearing and then reappearing. I've checked all avenues to see why this is happening, and the only thing I can see that could be possibly be causing such, and this is according to Google, but that our temp url is being indexed as well as our regular url. We purchased our URL thru Go Daddy, and then had it moved over to our current host. In the middle of that time, we started building our site, a Wordpress site on a temporary url. When Go Daddy finally released the url, our current host said that they pointed everything over to our actual url. I've talked to our current host about this and they claim that nothing is wrong, but something has to be wrong, as we are disappearing in Google, but we can see a few pages of our temp url sitting popping up deep in search engines. We need someone who can take a look to find our problem. Whether it's recoding our .htaccess file or disallowing the indexing of that temp url (s) in our [login to view URL] file. (I've tried both to no avail, but maybe I did it incorrectly) Or maybe it's something completely different all together that we're overlooking. As of today, Google webmaster tools reports 43 crawling errors, when looking at the pages - they are all missing pages, temp pages that have long since been erased. So there is something wrong here. We just need it fixed.
