I Need A Website Done

Hello !

I would like a website design and systems similar to keshasparty.com. I would like the whole system like the site I've mentioned. The homepage will include a slideshow. I would also like social sign in with Twitter, Facebook, and Google. After a visitor has signed in with any social network of their choice, the comment bar will be automatically unlocked in the News page to add comments.

In short, my requirements will be as under :

1/ Various news feeds : Twitter, Facebook, News and Photos will be show on homepage.

2/ The "Brand New Album" will be also shown on the homepage, but will be in the fix place and will not change direction even if new posts were shown.

3/ I will include a bar on top of the page to swap between the feeds with the icons : Twitter, Facebook, Photos, News and Show All.

4/ The homepage will include a slideshow.

5/ I would also like social sign in with Twitter, Facebook, and Google.

6/ After a visitor has signed in with any social network of their choice, the comment bar will be automatically unlocked in the News page to add comments.

7/ I'd like the website to be in HTML5.

8/ I want my website to be easily editable using any suitable CMS ( WordPress or TYPO3 ) except Joomla! and Drupal or custom made CMS or admin panel.

9/ You must be able to register a domain (.com) for me. I have hosting.

10/ You must build custom website without using templates.

YOU MUST BUILD A CUSTOM WEBSITE/TEMPLATE FOR ME WITHOUT USING ANY READY CREATED TEMPLATES IN THIS WORLD.

You must show a real live demo (or) a mockup before I hire you or anyone who bids in this project. If you will go without demo you will be placed in a shortlist of people which I will not accept. PM me for GTalk so I would be able to discuss further about this project.
