Simple PHP website -file upload & show data as per selection

Hi, I am looking for a simple php database driven website with following features 1) Add category, manufacturer, products, product features, retailers 2) Add deal parameters 3) Add deals link with retailer & product . Affiliate link will be attached to each deal 4) Full filter & search facility on various product features and various deal parameters 5) Allow csv upload for all these data 6) Show the date (product / deals) based on user selection. 7) Once the user click on Affiliate link attached to the deal, a new page should open re-redirecting him to the seller page 8) Home page will show the product/ deals which are marked as "Show on Home page" 9) Static Pages - About us, Policy, terms, contact etc.... Neat, Clear & Plain UI. Properly aligned. Clear fonts. We are not looking for any open source CMS fro this and will prefer if someone can write this small script. We donot need any automatic feeds and the major functionality is to just upload csv files and show the data as per selection. This should be a simple project with minimum cost. This is the first phase and if we like the work we will enhance the website after 2-3 months with autopilot, scrawling etc You will get some work from us provided the work is satisfactory. Thanks .
