Twitter Bootstrap expert required to convert existing PHP application to responsive design.

We have an existing website / web application coded in PHP with comprehensive CSS that we want to render on mobile devices. To this end, we are looking for a coder that is proficient in Twitter Bootstrap and that has in-depth knowledge and experience in working this for optimal design and layout on existing web applications. The design must be coded such that it is very responsive and easy to navigate / use, and must work on typical mobile devices, such as BlackBerry, Android, iPhone, iPad and Windows based Tablets including but not limited to the following resolutions (in both orientations):- 640 x 480 720 x 720 1024 x 600 1280 x 768 1366 x 768 The CSS created must be compliant with current standards and must work in all common mobile and standard browsers. Browser limitations must be discussed and specified as part of this project. This project is to be broken into two parts as follows:- 1. Create a design in PSD (or HTML / CSS) to show how the page / content will be rendered at various resolutions / screen sizes 2. Create the CSS for the mobile / tablet experience and test. Please only bid on this project if you are a proficient CSS coder and have detailed working knowledge of browser requirements and CSS standards. Examples must be submitted with your bid to show similar sites that you have worked on – we must be able to identify these as work that you have carried out.
