Web Application Prototype using Telerik Controls

Hi There, I am looking for a designer/developer to develop a prototype web application for an accounts module. There are no functional requirements fo the application. It will be used to demonstrate screen flow and look and feel with the idea to demonstrate the capabilities of using telerik to its full potential. There is one home page, 4 sub pages and 4 key tabs to be displayed within each of the sub pages contains graphics and telerik controls. It is mandatory that design skills are utlised to make the prototype look good.
