I need to create an easy web site in 2 languages for a client whose sercices are related to communities and garden maintenance. We need to use a very simple CMS for someone that knows nothing about computers so that it can be updated very easily by client. Take a look at the attachment in order to see full details of web site, it's all there with very clear specifications. I need someone good and creative at design as well as a good programmer. I would need 2 design ideas or mockups based on description so that client can give his comments and make thus the final version before design integration. Send me PM and your bid please.
