ABOUT OUR COMPANY Our mobile web design, consulting, and marketing company located in the USA builds mobile websites and establishes web presences for clients in order to grow their businesses. We also act as a social media consultant, SEO amd SEM client work, Pay Per Click ad program management, etc. We are looking for a qualified candidate to assist in day to day web site maintenance, SEO skills, Wordpress and PHP development with good knowledge of APIs and programming. Applicant must have strong coding skills and must be able to convert PSD to HTML/CSS, add JQuery functionality to sites as needed, be able to do basic image updates (crop, resize etc), be able to trouble shoot and fix PHP applications and build new applications in PHP/MySQL. Applicant must have thorough knowledge of Wordpress. Customizing and troubleshooting a big plus. RESPONSIBILITIES Day to day web page maintenance as needed (html updates, add/remove/ edit images, content additions) Slicing PSDs and converting into HTML / CSS / WordPress Troubleshooting and solving problems with WordPress Sites Performing custom Wordpress development and plug-in edits for custom application a benefit but not required. Creating mobile websites with either WordPress or a mobile website software a benefit but not required. Developing eCommerce websites with Magento. X-Cart a benefit but not required. Creating Facebook Cover Images, banners, web graphics, web templates, email & newsletter templates Experience creating mobile apps a benefit but not required. SEO Expertise Keyword Research and Keyword Analysis Niche Research Link Building (blog commenting and forum posting) Online Research -Blog/Article writing a benefit but not required. Article writing a benefit but not required. Article spinning Article Directory Submission On Page SEO Knowledge SENuke X, Google Webmaster, Keyword Research or similar tools. PPC & Adwords a benefit but not required. Skills Experienced PHP Programmer with Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills Experienced HTML/CSS Experienced with Photoshop (Illustrator a plus) Experienced with JQuery Experienced with Wordpress (Wordpress Theme Creation a benefit but not required.) Magento Installation and Theme Management Magento Customization/ Mod Installation Knowledge in Microsoft Word & Excel X-Cart Installation and Theme Management a benefit but not required. Experience with SEO PPC & Adwords On & Off Page Optimization Facebook Development a benefit but not required. Willing to learn about Facebook/ Social Media Marketing MailChimp A Plus EXPECTATIONS Ability to speak Fluent English You have no other jobs Have access to a computer and reliable, high speed internet connection Available to work Monday -- Friday You work 40 hours per week and have the same schedule every day Yahoo Instant Messenger and Skype must be always online during working time You communicate often and well through email, instant message, and Dropbox Daily Status Report & Daily Time Sheet must be submitted at the end of each day Strong Work Ethics, Hard Worker, and Independent Frequent communication is a MUST You will be on probation for 2 months. Willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement A paid trial project will be given to see your project management skills, work ethic, your speed, and competency.
