IIS and webmail administration

I have a windows server running IIS6 with Plesk. I have the server configured and have had assp recently installed. Whats happened is that ASSP stops all the spam but now i can not send from the webmail which is horde/IMP or receive emails. It gives an error of 'unable to set to sender'. I would like this fixed and the server looked at to ensure its in good working order. I have about 30 sites on it. For someone who knows horde and IIS with plesk this should be an easy job. I am looking for someone who is an expert and that are available at other times for server work later in the year.
