I require a management assessment system, to monitor pupil performance and evaluate the results of school successive tests against predicted levels/grades. Key to the application is the ability to trace pupil events such as a pupil move to another class, level achieved in a test, flagging lack of progress and notes made on the pupil file. The application needs to be developed for networks and as a stand along version on a single PC. The network version will require teachers to update pupil scores simultaneously. It will require admin and user access to be controlled. Coders who can provide me with the ability to edit the look and feel of the application or even add additional data fields to the application will have a clear advantage. Version control is required. Access would be the preferred database. Coders will be required to show work on projects involving management and reporting on educational or similar development of database applications and web development ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
