Redraw simple illustration from photo

I need a World War II scene redrawn from photos. This is a simple drawing made of solid colors(no gradients and nothing complicated). This consists of 3 pieces. This artwork is from a game made during WWII. The artwork I need is the background art, the center island art which is like a frame with the center cut out, and the front glass art. I would like this done in adobe illustrator or photoshop(at 300dpi RGB). The examples in the zip include: [login to view URL] - the full game artwork with all pieces together. [login to view URL] - the artwork strip that is placed against the front glass photographs- additional photos Note that I grayed out some parts to make it clearer what is to be drawn. These should show you what is needed. Some of the pieces are covered by the game figure or the island artwork so you may have to guess what is behind them. The photographs folder contains the original photos so you can see the artwork from various angles. These are the only photos I have. If you look in the background of the photos of the figure, you can see more of the background images. You can see from the images that these drawings are fairly simple. The copies need to match the original as closely as possible. I would suggest blowing up the examples and using them as a guide to redraw from. Background is 23 inches wide and 20 inches tall. Island image is 23 inches wide and 20 inches tall with the center cut out. The outside edges are, bottom 5 inches tall, left and right sides are all around 3 inches wide. Front Glass artwork is 27.5 wide by 5.5 inches tall ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
