Rework ASP CMS

To accept this project, you ust be proficient and able to demonstrate your proficiency in hand-coded ASP and follow strict deadlines. **Objective:** Take an extensive CMS that I have already written in ASP, expand it with more features, create a modularized system updatable via the admin and make the admin more efficient, so that many different users can install it on their system as out-of-the-box software. **Among the changes:** a) create a user admin system so that users may enter articles b) create a contact administration system to send mail through many mail componants selected by the administrator in the admin system c) create an alert system so that users may receive emails if articles are d) create a template system so that administrators can easily select which template they want to choose e) css templates system f) create Access 2000, MySQL, and SQL Server versions g) create subscription system (to able to be turned on or off) with payment system connected to the main payment gateways, including PayPal h) create newsletter system To accept, please provide a detailed proposal about what you can do with this project, including the timeline that you require. I am open to suggestions about this project and hope to have a creative coder to accept this project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
