SmartPhone file exchange application

***Abstract: ***Develop file-exchange application for Smart Phone devices (Windows Mobile 5.0 SmartPhone platform). ***Details: ***Create dialog-based MFC application that allows to transfer files using GSM line (***data modem session***). User-form has the following controls: - local file name edit box (file to be sent); - file inbox folder path edit box (incoming files folder path); - phone number edit box (file recipient phone number); - incoming phone number static (this used to show caller number on incoming call); - “send data?? button (when this button is pressed, application establishes connection with remote smart phone, transfers file and then disconnects); - “answer?? button (this button is enabled on incoming ***data call***, non-data calls should be ignored). When “answer?? button is pressed, data session with caller is established. When incoming file was received, application views message box “File was successfully received.??, if file transmission was broken application says “File transmission was failed??. *** ****Telephony API to use:* TAPI 2.0 *Essentials:* no destination device restrictions - application ***must work on all*** ***SmartPhone devices*** (PocketPC only compability is not enough); source code *must* be provided. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
