We currently run a support business - support and backup *Subscriptions for two the types of services **annual and monthly options - would like to add quarterly **onsite - pay at the time Current Status *Running Sugarcrm on win2003 4.05h **running Apache 2.0.59 **running php 4.4.3 **running MySql 5.0.24 *Paypal subscriptions partial integration **account creation in sugar **next renewal date flagged by creating a task in sugar at the appropriate date *Quickbboks **onsite visits payments done through quickbooks *Seperate affiliate program/software Current Issues *Forums don't display postings Next step *Better integration with Paypal - we have joined Paypal Pro already **Renewals updated to the relevant account in sugar automatically **Invoicing - with VAT (tax) **Sales receipts if necessary - with VAT (tax) **Reporting in sugar monthly, quarterly, annual - received and expected **Export to quickbboks - bulk, not individual transactions but need to do a cash basis as well as a P&L basis (to reflect annual and quarterly payments divided appropriately) *Affiliate integration - we are not married to the current software we use for this and have a couple of other ideas *Booking system **create a booking online or over the phone - set contact (or accounts if existing customer) **put into the relevant person's (the technician and the customer) calendar in sugar **ability to send to the technicians smartphone with map link for satnav **Start and finish done on the technicians smartphone or web - account created at the point if new customer **Bill generated based on time and any extras (on smartphone and web) - We have different rates for different technicians **credit card payment done on smartphone or web **sales receipt generated **account updated with details ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
