Amazon API Wordpress Plugin Developer

I have in mind multiple projects for Amazon plugins, so I'm looking for a experienced and talented plugin developer with proven experience in programming programing using the Amazon api who will be assigned all of this projects. To start off, I have in mind the following plugin.
