Quick fixes to wordpress theme, javascript error

We need a fast fix for our website, one sidebar shows fine sometimes but them looses the style, I have it looking fine on my local, its some java conflict. Then when I publish content in another tab inside the post that sidebar dissapears. We have 2 tabs, 1 for content 1 for news, we need to create a 3rd one and move the comments to that 3rd tab instead of below the post. We use EasyDigitalDownloads shopping cart, and currently when they click add to cart on the sidebar, it opens a modal box where they need to select again the option to buy and then click again the button we need it to go to the cart when they click on the sidebar without opening the modal box. Hopefully someone that can make this changes during the weekend so we can open again on monday.
