Custom phpWebSite Template Created

This project is for a custom phpWebSite theme. I will provide the logo, photos, etc. I will also explain what modules I would like and where I would like them. This website is for all 50 states and I will also need subs made for each state (I would like each states section to match the colors of each states State Flag - I will provide all of this information to you...you just need to build each states main page). I will handle the inputting of the content - you will be responsible for the main theme, state pages theme, and folder creations. After I approve the theme I will be giving you access to my host to install the theme and make sure the modules work correctly. ****I want to see links to your previous theme creations - if bid is placed without links it will BE DELETED IMMEDIATELY!********** Please PMB with any questions and GOOD LUCK!
