Flash 8 Website w/ XML Portfolio, Image and Video Gallery

I'm looking for an expert Actionscript coder and Flash animator to complete my concept in Flash 8 with an XML backend. Please review the attached files containing a mockup of the website and descriptions for each of the site's 4 sections. The following will be provided to the winning coder: - Photoshop mockups of each page - Fonts, if requested - JPEG image files and Quicktime movie files for the home page and for the portfolio section - Audio soundtrack in MP3 format - A Flash audio player that will need to be modified for this project - An image preloader that will need to be modified for this project - Vector file of the logo - List of words to be rotated Please let me know if you have any questions. I am open to suggestions for new animation techniques, or additional functionality based upon my concepts. Only bidders with exceptional Flash skills and experience with this type of work will be reviewed. ** LEGAL NOTICE ** All graphics, images, text, video, audio, Photoshop and/or other source files provided to winning Coder remain our property, and must be returned to us at the end of this project. The winning Coder is hereby prohibited from using any of the supplied material for any other purpose than the coding/completion of this project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
