Magento Work - theme creation, modules customization and integration

Attached please find the requirements zip file. Phase 1 of our shopping system is theme creation and installing multistore magento with basic configuration. Then in the next bids we start further with the complicated phase also mentioned in the document. We want the design like itunes software. Not sure if this could work: joomlart dot com/demo/#[login to view URL] which you need to customize as per our needs. Or make a new theme from scratch as per our attachments. We shall share with you all our PSDs when you start the work. We want to stick to as much default Magento offering and are ready to change our designs to be easier with the Magento integration. Details are mentioned in the attachment. **Please quote for theme creation with theme functionalities quote seperately, your service for the rest of the tasks with customizations and the approximate cost of the modules that we will have to purchase seperately. This will give us an idea of the budget to keep in hand.** REMEMBER: We wish to make the process as simple as possible, so anything complicated that seems to be making things impossible or too much budget or time, we shall be happy to come down to the easier solution with the possibility to extend the system in the phase 2 to accommodate complicated things. We shall then do this work with multiple companies: modules from one or more companies, theme from another, customization from another and so on.
