part/full time indian or cost efficient php coder

I'm looking for a very experienmced php and mysql programmer to develoe a website with shopping cart, payment gateway integeration. Must be thoroughly experienced with open source scripts specially joomla, drupal, shopping carts like oscommerce etc. and payment gateways. He should be capable to understand, analyze & modifying existing scripts and then suggest a perfect solution out of existing scripts that best suit the need. Good object oriented and database programming skills. Any bids without php coder as first words in the bid would be ignored. Must have sound knowledge and practice of proper documentation following software engineering processes. He would take complete responsibility for Analyzing and designing system independently. Since i do not have a rigid time limit for the project you may work part time on the project. It's allright if you are currently employed with a reputed organisation and can spare extra time after normal workng hours and willing to earn extra money. I want only an experienced individual to work on the project with whom i can have a one to one discussion and please no firms or companies. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
