Restructure my website and put it into a FLASH &HTML

GOAL: I would like my website redone and make it look more professional by using FLASH and HTML. Site must be well balanced and structured. INTRO: Include a nice radio related flash intro ( 15 seconds) MY SITE: See attachment of my current website. TYPE: Flash Site & html ALL PAGES ON SITE: You can use the same text and pictures and add new ones for better professional looking site. VIDEO MODEL: Just copy and paste the java script so it is in place. PERFECT BALANCE SITE: Balanced for internet for any screen size so when it is viewed, **it will be viewed and adjust to any screen.** PICTURES: Use exisiting site pictures and add new ones. TEXT: Use existing site text. LOOK, STYLE:Use the same style but structure the site to look better. BROWSER BUTTONS: CSS when you scroll over the buttons glow( white) GRAPHICS: Feel free to Add other related graphics KEYWORDS: are in place already, use the same keywords. DEADLINE: Its a ONE DAY job, must be 100% completed, and well structured. Due to the deadline, you agree not to cancel.
