Typo3 freelancer for small changes now and longer-term relationship required

We need a Typo3 freelancer to help us improve our existing Typo3 website. Our current freelancer won't have time for the next half year or so, that is why we are looking for a new one. We have a number of smallish changes right amounting to a couple of hours of work now. But we are looking for a long-term relationship we can trust repeat projects without going through the bidding each time. The person should be really good in Typo3, rwad & write English well and be available then on Skype when we get to implementation, testing where a lot of back and forth is required. We have almost no expertise in Typo3 ourselves here so we need a freelancer to do even fairly simple changes. The changes required include * introducing a new, simpler template * fixing our Android_discovered_page (comes up blank) * fixing * adding some a new logo in banner * give us a page element that shows a bitmap, on click runs a Youtube or Vimeo video and when it finishes returns to our bitmap again, avoiding the Youtube advertising at the end or black screens. We are not too happy with typo3 having the impression it is quite cumbersome. So if somebody would like to migrate the whole thing to something better pls go ahead and make a proposal with timescale, costs, usability improvements. Of course for more than the 100$ then.
