admin system for duplicating parts of xml and folders / PG 3

We need an interface / admin for duplicating blocks of our xml and folders of content. System will allow us to duplicate (copy with a different name) chosen sections of our website. "Copying" means duplicating all files and folders in a section, doing this inside xml too and setting a "status" attribute for a copied section to "0". sample xml: <[login to view URL]> sample content: <[login to view URL]> this website will use this xml and content <[login to view URL]> sample website sections that we might need to duplicate: <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> Please suggest how this interface can look like. Perhaps we can base it on known online file managers such as Quix. Maybe an existing xml editor could be adapted for this ?
