Android simple app -- 2

I need - An Android app that initializes and opens as soon as you power the device. The app will only display a text box, after inserting the text it will return data from 2 fields of a cloud based excel or csv (to your request) database. After a few seconds returns to the text box. That is the ONLY function of the app. It is important for the app to work in kiosk mode in order for customers to use it. To exit the app or access the menú perhaps tap a specific pattern or use password or something alike. Users should not be able to exit. -An android browser that opens up fullscreen when initializing the device, directing to a specific page and working in kiosk mode. Users should not be able to exit or access other web pages. I need one of the two options.
